Blair Era Ends, Gordon Brown is the New British PM
After serving 10 years as the Prime Minister of Britain, Tony Blair finally called it a day. He submitted his resignation to Queen Elizabeth - II, which was accepted. Gordon Brown will be the new Prime Minister of Britain. He will receive the formal offer of Prime Ministership from the Queen later today.Tony Blair will quit as MP tomorrow and is expected to take charge as Special Envoy for the Middle East Peace process. He will represent the Mideast Quartet -- the United States, Russia, the European Union and the United Nations. However, an official announcement will be made shortly in this regard.

This is about someone associated with Dundee and Durham University. I remember her being an exceptionally good natured person whom I never saw or heard of either doing or saying anything nasty, unkind or vulgar. I'm not saying if she actually was a Christian, but she certainly came across as one in the truest and best sense. She was the sweetest pupil in our school, and not interested in being one of the cool 'in crowd'. She reminded me of my mother, and still does. I will never forgive myself for having been, nevertheless, too afraid to be friendly towards her, due to bullying by others. I am afraid of her marrying someone else.
