Ishmeet wins Star Voice of India Contest
After the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007 and Indian Idol 3, the result of Star TV's Voice of India contest has been announced. Ishmeet Singh has been crowned as Star's Voice of India. The grand finale was held in Mumbai's Andheri Sports Complex before thousands of spectators.Ishmeet Singh belong to Ludhiana. He beat Harshit Saxena from Lucknow in a close contest. Ishmeet burst into tears after winning the coveted title. Lata Mangeshkar and Madhuri Dixit were among the huge number of celebrity guests that graced the occasion with their presence.

ishmeet singh deserved to be the winner and after all those racial and one sided behaviour by lalit and aadesh..they mouths were shut and its a great reply by the singh and shows the unity of punjabis and they stood by ishmeet as everyone has seen on the show how the judges behave on stage.
