Thanksgiving vs Black Friday

The two days that hold much significance in the USA are hardly known in India. Since the US people know a lot about our own Holi and Diwali, let's explore their holidays. Recently, I stumbled upon a post titled "Thanksgiving vs Black Friday" written by Joey Rosario.

Thanksgiving Day is just like our harvest festivals Baisakhi, Bihu and Onam. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. People spend the day with their family and friends eating Turkey and some special drinks. The following day, they rush into the nearby mall or electronic retailers to buy whatever they can to save a few dollars. That is called Black Friday. Sounds interesting though.
