Pakistan Boils, Al-Qaeda claims Bhutto's Assassination

Several cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Larkana are on fire after Benazir Bhutto's assassination. Firing, arson, robbery and killings have been reported from various parts of the country. It seems that Pakistan is heading towards anarchy with the troops failing to control the emotional mob. A train was set on fire in Karachi. At least seven people have been killed in the violence since yesterday night.

According to latest reports, Al-Qaeda has owned up Bhutto's assassination. Soon after the blast, Al-Qaeda's top commander in Afghanistan said, "We terminated the most precious American asset, which vowed to defeat mujahideen".
