Anti-Maoist Operation in Orissa: More arms and ammunition recovered

Although the special operation launched by security personnel in Orissa has not been successful in nabbing any Maoist yet, the security forces recovered a massive cache of arms and ammunition from Gasma Forest. A few days ago, they had recovered 400 arms and 60,000 ammunition. Yesterday, the cops found 350 arms and 5,000 ammunition from the hill top.

The group including CRPF, Grey Hound, SOG, OSAP and local forest officials have intensified the combing operation to hunt down the Maoists who are hiding in the forest of Ganjam, Gajapati and Kandhamal.
