Arushi Murder Case: Noida Police do a Flip-Flop again
The twist and turn continue in the sensational Arushi Talwar murder case in Noida, as the Noida police reportedly arrested Talwar family's ex-servant Vishnu as the prime suspect. Initially, it was reported that Hemraj's mobile phone was recovered from Vishnu. However, the police denied the arrest of Vishnu and the recovery of the cell phone.According to the police, Vishnu worked for the Talwar family for sometime, before leaving the job eight months back. When he failed to get any other job, he again approached the Talwar family for a job. But his request was denied, as Hemraj already earned the trust of Talwar family. Interestingly, 25-year old Vishnu was the brother of Hemraj's son-in-law, Jeevan. The police confirmed the arrest of Jeevan, but denied the arrest of Vishnu. The SSP, Noida dismissed the reports that Vishnu was the prime suspect in this case.
The latest medical report suggests that Hemraj was drunk at the time of the murder. It was also found that Arushi was alive till 11.10 PM on May 15. That means, she was murdered only after 12 AM. The earlier postmortem report was not based on viscera. It is believed that more than one person was involved in the crime.
The police also learnt that when Talwars called up Hemraj on his mobile in the morning, nobody picked up the call. At that time, the cell phone was in Sector 31, Noida. While the Talwars initially told the police that they learnt about the murder only when their maid discovered Arushi's body. However, their maid told the media that when she reached Talwar's house, Arushi's parents were found crying bitterly with her dead body. It's not known why they lied to the police.
Even as some arrests have been made, the police have not yet confirmed about anything. They are still investigating the matter by interrogating a number of people. i think Arushi get killed by her father or mother,
because wepon they use its very sharp like use for operation serggery & it self her mother&father both are doctor, i think when she get killed the servant saw it so killer of Arushi killed him also. police should do her parant Narco test.
according to me arushi`s parents are involved in her murder, i think so, because in her room each & every place blood is presebt it means that she fought against the killer,So, its obvious that she must have shouted i it is impossible tht her parents did not listen 2 her.So they are involved.
Yes...i feel its the dad, who killed her, when he lost his temper (maybe due to her boy-friend).
And now his wife, is trying to protect him, as she has already lost the daughter...she doesnt want to lose her husband also.
How could parents kill their one and only daughter? Please stop all the movie sort of imaginations and think from their parent's side once. If they see all these comments, how could they withstand them along with major blow they are facing now? No educated parent can ever try to kill their child for no matter what the reason is. Please stop hyping up non-sense things. Let the police do their duty and let us know the underlying orginal factsfrom them.
I dont think any parent can kill their child no matter what the circumstances. Arushi was their only child.
Like the police are saying it is someone who knows the family well!
Lets hope and pray the killer is found soon and that all the theories that point to the parents and proven wrong.
Well, we think that her parents are involved in this murder. It is being cleared that it is done by a professional buttler or a doctor so it could be her parents only which themselve are doctor...
I feel that her parents are definitely involved. It could be that the servant has killed arushi and in rage her parents have killed hemraj., hidden the body upstairs, thrown away the keys, misled the police about hemraj.
It is not possible that they were sleeping in the same house when crime happened.
But how come her parents killed her, for wat purpose, its crazy if her parents killed this beautiful and smart girl. But i hope the truth will come soon. God Bless U Aarushi

I think, they should conduct dna test for aarushi n her parents...i guess, her dad must have found out that aarushi is not her daughter, and killed her....and the mother cant say nething, because her name will get spoilt...if she says nething.

It is unfortunate that Aarushi got murdered. I also feel sorry about the servant who too got killed. Now, whatever had to happen has happened. The important point is that should a girl or boy of this age be given the so called freedom where parents become so careless or complacent that sometimes the girl or boy go on to advance to such a state which spoils their career or sometimes even causes life. Didn't the parents notice that their daughter has been talking to her friends and that too so many times? Also what kind of friends she has got? There is a need for the parents to act sometimes orthodoxically also. In the guise of modernity we cannot risk the lives of our children when it comes to their protection. The parents should be very much alert at all times as the kind of society we live in gives both good and bad exposure to our children. A good parenting could avert such incidents.
Its not uncommon and perfectly normal for kids belonging to Arushi's generation to talk or hang around with their friends.She didnt die outside the house , she died at her own home under the very protection of her parents.Who wants an unknown male for a servant in a family that has young girls ? Murders happen and accidents happen too but in this case its her parents who commited this horrific crime.Her dad is unquestionably guilty.Honour Killing ? Its wierd how a family's honour in India is attached to the sexual activities of its female members.Times have changed , no one , including parents , have the right to kill their girls.The best they could do was talk it out with her or disown her.Getting orthodox is not the solution here, opening up the minds to accept human vulnerabilities is the solution.
One must keep in mind and it must not go un-noticed that the murder of Arushi is a cold blooded murder which has been committed by killer premaditatedly - with full knowledge and after keeping in view all the pros and cones in mind. The facts and circumstances clearly reveal that it is not committed under the sudden and grave provocation. If it would have been a result of such grave and sudden provocation, her father could have definitely be blamed but it is far beyond my imagination that any father may be so cruel who might slaughter her own lovely alone daughter so ghasty as to cut her neck in his own house on her bed in her living room !
We must not forget that the millionair, highly qualified parents had ony and only baby who could never be sacrificed for any little bit of sexul offence (if any) in the name of family honor.
I am sure the CBI will not leave any stone unturned in order to unearth the real story and to bring the guilt of accused home.
Baby Arushi where-ever you are ! you will see your killer hanging till his death in due course.

whoever is involved in the gruesome act won't be spared..that's for sure.There is God & there would be nemesis.The poor child who was like any other sweet girl has been nipped in bud.May she rest in peace in the golden tent of the Almighty.
