Rajesh Talwar denies killing Arushi, Can Police prove it?

Rajesh Talwar alleged that police is trying to frame him and he even wondered why would he kill his own daughter who he loved more than his life. According to media reports, he even took his brother Deepak Talwar's name outside the court premises.
Dr. Rajesh Talwar was sent to jail, as the police failed to get his remand. It's not clear why the police could not get his remand. Even though Noida police claimed to have resolved the case, the mystery still remains. Arushi's mother Dr. Nupur Talwar could hold the key to this sensational murder case, but she has maintained a silence. Meanwhile, Dr. Rajesh's friend Anita Durrani has termed all charges against her as baseless. She denied that police had ever talked to her in this regard. She even went on to say that Arushi was just like her daughter.
There are still some baffling questions that may weaken the police case against Dr. Rajesh Talwar. Experts believe that there are several loopholes in police theory and Rajesh Talwar could easily get away if the police fail to gather concrete evidence against him.

2) The police says, Arushi was killed, as she knew about his father's extra-marital affairs. If this is the case, what was the immediate provocation for Rajesh Talwar to commit the murder?
3) Why would a father kill his daughter just because her daughter knew about her extra-marital affairs? He shouls have killed his wife instead.
4) Police says Rajesh Talwar found Arushi and Hemraj in a compromising position? Was it a honour killing?
5) Why is Nupur Talwar silent?
6) Where is the murder weapon?
7) Where are Arushi and Hemraj's mobile phones?
8) What will the police do if Rajesh Talwar continues to deny the murder charge?
9) Do the police have conclusive evidence against Rajesh Talwar?
10) What is the real motive behind the murder? Rajesh Talwar's extra-marital affairs or Arushi's relations with Hemraj?
11) What is Anita Durrani's role in the murder?
12) What was Nupur Talwar doing when the murder took place? Did she witness the crime?

The Talwar case is a confusing one. Based on the public record thus far, it is difficult to ascertain whether these were dishonor killings.

my strong gut feeling is saying that the motive of this double murder is HEMRAJ...Aarushi is killed as she must have got some proof of the murder & she was not ready to keep her mouth shut. Must be their mobile phone carrying some important proof of it.
Dr.Talwar & Dr.Durrani first made HEMRAJ unconcious & than took him to terrace. Thereafter Dr.Talwar slit his throat. As Arushi was close to Hemraj, she must have tried to stop them but was locked insside her room. Than after killing Hemraj.....Dr.Durrani must have pumped up Dr.Talwar to kill his own daughter. Otherwise she would discuss the things with her friends for sure or will become threat to them.
And Dr. Nupur Talwar is also having some sort of weakness due to which she is slient....may be she was sharing an extra-marital affair with Dr. Parful Durrani. Coz how come this is possible that Arushi knew everything about her father & her mother & wife of Dr. Rajesh Talwar wasn't aware of it.
May be Talwar family is trying to cover up the actual person/killer.

The way the death of Arushi is throwing up surprises one after the other from day one, it may not be a simple open and shut case which can be sorted out within a day or two. The cops need to think out of the box and look at a much larger picture. This surely is not as straight forward as the police say. The involvement of the parents are definite- so, it is the motive that is missing.
This tragic incident is the result of the moral corruption that has crept into the urban lives. In the upper echelons of the society, to where the Talwar couple belong, has a dark underbelly which is hidden from the public eye. There are many things ranging from swapping spouses to alcohol induced orgies that would put even a western porn industry to shame that takes place regularly among these super affluent group. The child, out of her innocence might have either stumbled upon or got attracted to some such activity. Both the doctor couples seem to be quiet enthusiastic in giving each other a clean chit. They know that the revelation of the actual motive would throw open a flood gate of the so called 'skeletons in the cupboard' that they would be hounded by society and media for the rest of their lives. Now, this is the same thing that would have happened, if Arushi had spoken out about the same. And it was this fear that made the Talwars and Durranis take the extreme step, They had no choice- they were neck deep in it and there was no way they could buy Arushi's silence on this. So- the poor girl paid with her life for the moral terpitude that has crept into all of us nowadays. I feel sad, very sad for the kid... very sad for a person who had to kill his daughter and also for the plight of a Mother- epitomised as the symbol of love in our culture- to have to defend herself from being accused as the culprit.
In the back of my mind, I still wish and hope- that whatever I wrote above turns out to be untrue and some miracle happens and the motives become clear- which would be much less henious than what I have mentioned above!!!
I believe that Rajesh Talwar did kill his daughter. I believe that Hemraj was the target since he was killed first. Arushi and Hemraj were close , but I dont believe a bond that leans towards something of a romantic nature. Let us not forget that the initial cause was an affair with Anita Durrani.
Therefore I suspect that Hemraj was lured to the terrace. Where he was killed because of him blackmailing Talwar. Arushi witnessed this , but necause of her close relationship with Hemraj will not be quiet to such a crime.She was probably present on terrace unsuspectingly when she came across this scene.She was hit with the hammer to silence her and complete the murder of Hemraj. I believe that the blood onthe stair belongs to Arushi who was taken to her room. you then have the lenghty/ numerous calls of Rajesh at 11 or so ? I believe that this was the final deliberation to decide if Arushi should be killed or should she be kept alive. The crucial deision was made and she was killed at around 1.
I only dont know why the mother keeps silent. Ther is definetly a deeper darker and more horrendous twist to this. Arushi's mother never cried once during her talk to CNN... I being a mother and that of an ONLY child would have been beside myself.Why wasnt she? How can a person know what their husband is doing when they are asleep ? doesnt to sleep mean a different state of consciousness when you are certainly unaware of whats going on. Otherwise it should be called semi conscious state not sleep !!!!
Why dont you get it that there could be a gag order on the media to report everything that they come to know during their job of reporting.
Its so stunning that a father can kill his own daughter due to an extran maritual affair with somebody. Why did Nupur Talwar keep Silence. Her Parents along with Anita Durrani should be hanged till death. I think Nupur Talwar was also involved with somebody else thats y she kept silent. Both(Parents) are disgusting.
hey there are lots of contradictions in this case.if Rajesh Talwar is innnocent .... who else could have killed Arushi ? and how did that murderer enter the house without the knowledge of Talwar ?
if at all Dr.Rajesh Talwar is the murderer .... why Arushi's Mom Dr.Nupur Talwar keeps mum ? and why the police offcials are not able to find any evidences against Dr.Talwar ? will the cbi probes be able to find the truth or will it be included in the list of sister Abhaya nd so many other cases ?
