Rajesh Talwar's bail plea rejected, sent to 3-day Police Custody
The sensational Arushi murder case took a new turn, as a Noida court rejected accused Dr. Rajesh Talwar's bail plea and sent him to a 3-day police custody. The court accepted the prosecution's argument that Rajesh Talwar never co-operated with the police and they need more time to unravel the truth. It would be interesting to see if the police will be able to extract more information from Dr. Rajesh Talwar or not.Earlier, Dr. Rajesh Talwar told the court that he never confessed before the police and he did not kill his daughter Arushi. The court did not buy the defence argument that there was no evidence against Dr. Rajesh Talwar. The police barred the media from the hearing and hinted that Arushi Talwar's mother Nupur Talwar and a few more people may be arrested soon.

DR. Rajesh Talwar looks innocent. Noida police is trying to get away from the case as they couldn't catch the real culprit.
Dr Rajesh is innocent. How could any father kill his own daughter and that too an educated, well to do father, who is a well known doctor. He is a scapegoat, nothing else. I pray that the killer is caught and Dr Talwar is freed.
IT IS SIMPLY NOT DONE TO ACCUSE SOMEONE LIKE THIS. IT IS WRONG, VERY WRONG. THE POLICE IS WRONG. I am actually actually disturbed to here baseless rumours about the family, the girl who is already dead.
