UP Police IG holds Press Conference in Arushi Murder Case
The following news becomes irrelevant today (July 11, 2008), as more shocking revelations have been made and Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar have been given a clean chit by the CBI. You can still read the following story to know how Noida Police conducted their faulty and directionless investigation and arrested an innocent person, whose daughter was killed in mysterious circumstances.
The UP Police IG Gudarshan Singh held a press conference in Noida to brief the media about the findings in Arushi Talwar murder case. The IG confirmed the arrest of Arushi's father Dr. Rajesh Talwar as the prime accused in this case. He also said that Dr. Rajesh Talwar has confessed to the crime. Mr. Gursharan Singh has listed the events that preceded the sensational murders.
1) Arushi Talwar was murdered on May 15.
2) The police got the information on May 16.
3) Rajesh Talwar named Hemraj as the killer when police arrived on the spot.
4) Rajesh Talwar misled the police by emotional blackmail. He even asked the police not to waste time in breaking the lock and go ahead to arrest Hemraj so that he does not escape.
5) The mattress on which Arushi was murdered, was put on neighbour's terrace.
6) The terrace was accessed through neighbour's house so that nobody sees Hemraj's dead body.

the police again goofed up. if arushi's murder was prime motive and hemraj was killed, as he was a witness, then why hemraj was killed first and arushi later. it was an honour killing. both hemraj and arushi had affairs and arushi's father saw him. he killed them in a fit of rage.
please don't spoil the names of aarushi and hemraj ,since they are dead and can't defend themselves. dr talwar has acknowledge he killed them for reasons known to him only. may he repent his mistakes and the dead rest peace.

let us not speculate. instead, let us pray for the soul of the murderer and those of his victims. we all have our time to go...it is unfortunate that arushi had to have hers snuffed out so soon.

it is really unbelivable that mother knew about the murder but still she defended her husband...and i am sure that Arushi did not have any relation with her servant..its her father who murdered her daughter because of his affair ....pathetic abt that lady who knew abt her husband still she let him do infront of her...

But when her mother was inside the house how did she not try to save her daughter.Was she supporting her husband ,when she knew he is killing their daughter ? Why but? Did she know about his affair ? How can a mother be quite?
people of metros have become westernised.....its horrible to think that a 14 year daughter witnessing a situation where his father is having illicit relations...arushi became a victim of his bastard fathers shameless acts...and so the hemraj....may god give peace to the soul of both of them...

I just can't see Dr. Talwar being the murderer. I think there is more to the case that hasn't been found yet. Perhaps they did know about his affair, and if the knowledge had been passed around to family members it's likely that his wife also knew. No woman in her right mind would support her husband of killing her daughter after he had cheated on her.
I think,Arushi was an adopted child,and therefore,this doctor couple might have exploited her,in early chilhood,after she thretning them to tell the world,they got scared.BOth Rajesh and NUpur,and Anitha are involved along with Praful.......they are all culprits.......there is more then what police can see.........they are not even crying.....the way parents cry for there child......i can smell something fishy.........

How come Hemraj was murdered coz he was eye witness to the crime, when Arushi was murdered AFTER Hemraj was murdered ?

A motehr will always stand along with their Kids, and not with the husbund. A mother cant support her husband if he is the culprit... Is Aarushi their own kid ? If so, then the parents wont be the culprit...

By the latest post mortem reports, Aarushi is murdered after 6.00. Even the milk man came around 6.00..So didnt he heard any sounds..?? who opened the door when the Milk man came ..? Who answered the call when the milk man called on the Hemaraj cell phone ..? Is it very sure that the Talwar told their driver to put the Mattress on the neighbours terrace.? I heard from the news that there are 2 watch man for the house.. Didnt they hear any voice ... ? why the police is suspecting the parents only why cant it be the outsiders or any proffesional killer,send by someone..!!
i dont know who is the killer but if parents are culprit then they are not parents,what the hell police are doing? why the case is not solved yet? why police are changing their statement every time.if arushi and hemraj were carreing the affair killed them can not be the punishment.parents are keeping extra marrietal affairs and kids are getting punished ..why? .may god give peace to the soul of both of them...
maybe Hemraj was trying himself onto Arushi, she resisted and Hemraj killed her, in a fit of rage the father killed Hemraj, but regreted it later knowing that the blame would come upon him having no witness, thats why the wife is supporting him. So its Hemraj tries to molest Arushi and kills her, parents come to know and kill him...............
May be affairing of Nupur Talwar to anotherman and Rajesh to another woman.It was knew to their servant and daughter.This is the main reason for twin murders.
Now Nupur was saved her life and husband.
Police have to find whether Rajesh went out of the house after murder and before police came to the spot.
If he has gone out, then there are possibilities that he killed his daughter and throwed the weapon he used somewhere.
But if he has not gone out, then the weapon should be somewhere near the house or in the house. If there is no weapon in the house or near the house, then Rajesh is not the culprit.
I think as this case has become a political issue the police is forced to prove their cooked up story, hence insted of holding press conference they should utilise their time in searching strong evidence to crack the case
it is said that if a crime like this is not solved within 72 hours there ia a grim chance of solving it later. the police has got into a blame game and there stories have lot of loop holes.

Both parents were involved in extra- marital affairs and well known by the daughter and servant so both in order to hide their affairs, first they kill the hemrage after giving him some sedative coz he had no resistance at the time of murder and nobody heard any voice similarly when they try to settle down matter with their daughter she didn't agree so they use the same tacticts to kill her as well and if mother is still not co- operating with the police it means she is also a partner of this murder and she must be put into hard investigation in order to solve this henious crime as soon as possible.
What kind of mother is Nupur not a tear in her eye she is like not at all sad for her loss I feel the Talwars are behind this and they should not get away with this May Arushi soul rest in peace
I THINK RAJESH, NUPUR, ANITA & ANITA'S HUSBAND ARE ALL INVOLVED IN THIS MURDER CASE. LOOKS LIKE ALL FOUR HAVE SOME RELATION WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ARUSHI.

What's even more disturbing is that I found a link to an illicit video tape showing arushi on a webcam. It's quite disturbing that this 14 year old girl was exploited, and that she was later killed. I don't understand the purpose of an "honor" killing, as it seems a bit brash. However, I do hope the proper justice is served by the alleged perpetrator.
