Stalemate between Rajasthan Government and Gujjars over Venue for Talks

The stalemate between the Rajasthan government and agitating Gujjars continued, as both sides showed stubbornness over the venue for talks. While the Gujjars are adamant to hold talks at Bayana, the Rajasthan government has rejected their demand and insisted that talks should be held in Jaipur. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje even asked Gujjar leader K S Bainsla to send his representatives to Jaipur. However, Bainsla has rejected the offer.
