Now if Modi ji has invested the amount which they are giving to dead and injured people,by opening may be a department to take care of the crime and terrorism they can do much better and this thing would have never happened,If they think of the funds in near future then i can say they can take charge extra like they charge vat,edu access,Sales tax,etc all this is for our progress, then i think to fund a department which will be opened to take care of the life and help to the people of our nation,That could be a real effort.
And such departments should be directly controlled by the president only or by an Autonomous body so that they can do their work freely without having the influence of any political party.
