Arushi Murder Mystery: Rajesh Talwar gets Clean Chit; Krishna, Rajkumar and Mandal killed Arushi
Breaking News! In a dramatic turn to the two-month-old Arushi-Hemraj murder case, the CBI admitted that they found no evidence against Arushi's parents Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar. The CBI named Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal as killers. Thus, Dr. Rajesh Talwar got a clean chit from the CBI. The CBI urged the court to act accordingly.According to latest update, the Ghaziabad Court granted bail to Dr. Rajesh Talwar after the CBI gave a clean chit to him. He had to submit a personal bond of Rs. 5 lakh to get the bail. Dr. Nupur Talwar thanked god and expressed relief that justice has been delivered at last.
But, can the Noida Police and CBI absolve themselves for the mental and physical stigma faced by the Talwar family after their only daughter's sensational murder??? The Noida Police and CBI made the world believe that Rajesh Talwar killed Arushi and Hemraj. The Noida police even resorted to character assassination of Rajesh Talwar and Arushi Talwar. From the very first day itself, it was evident that Arushi murder probe was heading directionless.
Although CBI too goofed up in this case, it deserves kudos for letting off an innocent father and a grieving mother who have been going through traumatic experience ever since Arushi's murder on May 15. Dr. Rajesh Talwar has been in the custody since May 23. According to CBI, it has enough evidence to prove that Rajkumar, Krishna and another accomplice Vijay Mandal were involved in the muder of Arushi and Hemraj. The forensic examination of the blood stain found on Rajkumar's T-Shirt confirmed that it was Arushi's.
The CBI theory said that Dr. Rajesh Talwar heavily puled up Krishna a few days ago over some issues and he wanted to take revenge. The CBI also added that Krishna confessed to the crime during the second narco-analysis test in Bangalore and he took the names of Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal. The first narco test in Gandhinagar was failed. Krishna is also accused of misleading the Noida Police in this case. He even levelled allegations against Dr. Rajesh Talwar. The CBI confirmed the arrest of Vijay Mandal.
During the press conference, CBI Jt. Director Arun Kumar revealed that Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal gathered in Hemraj's room on that fateful night. Later, they had a drink together and entered Arushi's room. They tried to rape and molest her. There was a scuffle, which resulted in the murder of Arushi. When Arushi tried to raise alarm, he was hit by a hard object. Later, her throat was slit. Hemraj was killed on the terrace later. The CBI concluded that investigation is still going on and they will come up with more details soon.

Great effort by CBI atleast to let off innocent father from this. Now, can anyone take off the tragedy ( daughter's murder , father imprisonment ) faced by the family? No. Atleast , Police / CBI should think before arresting the clean-handed from now on. Because, they can not pay off to them for this kind of actions.

it was done by some intelligent persons not by the uneducated servents i believe. GOD will punish to killers, if C.B.I officers are unfair will also punish by the very court the GOD.

Aarushi murder mystery will remain a mystery. Reason being that all the evidences were already destroyed by the intelligent killers before they became suspects. Had it been an act by an outsider, there would have been definitely some clue but since the killers are inside the house no clues were found nor it would ever be. Therefore whether its CBI or any other agency the vital evidences will never be recovered and the case will have to be shut in the end.

who has deleted the profile from Orkut site and many pictures from Arushi's own camra this is the big question for the CBI to solve. My thinking is CBI is blaming on to the servants because they are not rich and CBI is politically motivated
I don't agree with cbi's findings. The Noyda Police and CBI have already said that there is no proof of evidence left by the murderers. Their prime suspect was Dr Talwar. I believe only narco test is not the enough proof of this murder case. It should be the game of money which the poor Krishna can't play.
I m not able to understand that how parents of a teenaged daughter can hire a full time male domestic help?
How any one can trust a domestic male help if they had a teenaged daughter.
If there were three persons present on the day of murder,then how come three servants were so free and fearless at the midnight to meet at Talwar's residence and that too for a drink.
It seems that their meeting 0n the day of murder was not the first one.
Now adays people getting killed by their domestic helps and their friends are very common,in these scenarios how Talwar's were so careless about their daughter's Safety.
One more thing I would like to add,
Never trust any body,specially if a girl is in house we need to be extra careful.
Ultimately It is Talwar's irreversible loss.
How Noida police can be so irresponsible,how the police force is recruited?
Such persons who conducted a shortcut investigation in a rush to come to a conclusion should be punished.
Its absolutely unbelievable what Arun Kumar tries to prove.I do not know whether Rajesh Talwar is innocent or not but to accuse someone poor,helpless and not enough educated as the murderer shows the inefficiency,immorality or shall we say corruption on the part of the ultimate criminal investigation department of the country.Theres no new feather added to their hat,instead their integrity is in question.
It is quite possible that the talwars were not at home at the time of the murders and that
they are not saying anything is only because they do not want to reveal anything about their whereabouts and their so called
mysterious activities.

Brother why you expect something from the POlice as you know they(most of the policemen) got job by giving bribe.So as you know if they have invested money in their business(now business is to make money using their power) then they have to recover it back that too with profit,So kindly cooperate when they ask for bribe on road,or in police station so please loose your pocket and pay them as this is the time of their recovery,So please dont blame them they are doing their duty with full dedication,But what to do they only know duty is for themselves only not for the nation.

Last post was mine but Sorry to ask you one thing where these CBI guys are trained and why they are not like indian police they always do things which no one expect in a country like India.
In such a corrupt country I still give a salute like a miltary man to these CBI guys.

The picture is so clear that its someone from the family ONLY. May be her parents, may be NOT. But a HUGE shame on our police dept. There are thousands of such cases which are still lying as files. Nobody bothers to open them and solve them. Yeh Saare Neta log Saale....Bas Vote aur Note dedo. Have they ever thot of taking responsibility and charge for such things. Kahan hai safety hum aur hamare bachcho ke liye. Inn kameeno ko vote karke kya milta hai. Do u guys know that these B's are having 75 Thousand Cr in Swiss bank and Indian government is not asking about this money. Itne money ka joh ek saal ka interest hai, agar woh India par lagaya jaaye toh we would be out of POVERTY at one go. Huh...And Log kehtey hai ki Desh ka Kuch nahin ho sakta. Ho sakta hai doston, but inn kameeno ka kuch nahin ho sakta. I just wish and hope that ONE day koi aisa aaye joh INDIA ko the BEST country banaye....
