Breaking News! Dr. Rajesh Talwar released after 50 days in Jail
Breaking News! Dr. Rajesh Talwar, who was given a clean chit in the sensational Arushi-Hemraj murder case by the CBI, has been released from the Dasna jail in Ghaziabad after spending 50 days in prison. He was received by wife Dr. Nupur Talwar, brother Dinesh Talwar, sister-in-law Vandana Talwar and some other relatives.There was chaos outside Dasna jail, when Dr. Rajesh walked out of the prison. Journalists and reporters who had gathered there were desperate to take pictures of Dr. Talwar and wanted him to speak to the media. However, he refused to talk at that moment. His family requested to spare him so that he can take some rest and then speak to the media at an appropriate time.
After the release, Dr. Rajesh Talwar and his family drove straight to Sai Temple and offered prayer there. Later, they reached Rajesh Talwar's in-law's house at Noida and talked to media. Dr. Rajesh Talwar thanked the CBI for cracking the case and requested everyone to give him some time to recover from the shock. Dr. Nupur Talwar too requested the media to leave them alone for some time.
It was a huge relief for Dr. Talwar and his family, as the whole world looked at them as killers of their own daughter. The family may sue some TV channels and cops for their irresponsible way of handling the Arushi murder case. However, there is a remote chance of Talwar family taking that tough action.

One another example of faulty India Law, which quotes "100 guilty could be released but no any innocent could be punished". The judgement use to be done under the shadow of "Blind Law Statue with balance plate in hand" which seems that Law is blind and whatever u put on the plate of balance it will be heard only.
The above quote of our Indian Law has became false again and one innocent has punished of 50 day jail and other guilty person has enjoyed the life. It doesn't matter that they are now in hand of law and should be punished for long term. The question is that-- what about that innocent person who has spent 50 days in jail with sorrow of her daughter death. After the death of any dearest and nearest person people use to share the feelings with other and get strength for future. But what happend with mr. talwar ? he spent the agony with sorrow in jail and these media person who use to wander like ants and use to smell and pick any thing and use to put in their nest.
As per my opinion, if the Indian Law wanna correct the fault they must have to take severe action against every culprit, who has vanished the evidence, who has not perform his duties, who has spread the garbage through media in society, who has misguided the investigation, who has done politics on this topic and at last the sentence of hang till death pubilicly to those culprits who were involve in the murder of Arushi that other could take lesson and such sorrowfull incident could not be repeated.
