CBI moves Supreme Court against Mayawati in Disproportionate Assets case

While the political drama continues in the capital for the third consecutive day, the CBI sprung a surprise by moving the Supreme Court against Uttar Pradesh CM Mayawati. The CBI wants to chargesheet Mayawati in the disproportionate assets case under the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), 1988. It told the apex court that there was sufficient evidence to proceed against the UP CM.

Earlier, the CBI was accused of going slow against Mayawati because of her political support to the UPA government at the Centre. However, things have changed since then. Mayawati has already withdrawn support to the UPA government and continues to slam the Congress over key issues. On the other hand, her bete noire Mulayam Singh Yadav joined hands with the Congress and is all set to bail out the government during the trust vote. The latest development is seen as a motive of political vendetta and witch hunting in the political circle.

Please don't file a chargesheet against Mayawati though Disproportionate assets has been found because it will be the waste of courts time and we also have to read the newspaper for the updates and in the end she will be given a clean chit.Trust me nothing will happen in the end.
Do you think justice can happen in India, because India is such a country in which even if you loose your mobile you have to pay the police to register the FIR,though you know you are registering the FIR to prevent yourself if any misuse happens but that is not for the recovery of your lost mobile.I myself pay two times to the Police to register the loss of mobile complaint by paying 150rs and next time 100 rs.
Great country India and Great our Politicians.
