Did CBI REALLY crack the Arushi Murder Case?
1) CBI is acting solely on the evidences received from narco-test. This is not admissible in the court of law.
2) The CBI yet to recover the murder weapons and lost mobile phones. Without the recovery of these vital instruments, CBI will find it difficult to prove the crime.
3) The CBI has termed Dr. Rajesh Talwar as a suspect for long. But it did not carry out any narco-analysis test either on Rajesh Talwar or on Nupur Talwar. This is one of the important questions that still baffle common people. Still, we can assume that CBI may have enough reasons for deciding against a narco-test on Talwars.
4) CBI says Krishna decided to take revenge, as he had a fight with Dr. Rajesh Talwar two days ago. Did Krishna kill Arushi over such a trivial issue or there was anything else? And why did Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal help him?
5) Why Hemraj was killed? And, why did he allow three people inside Dr. Talwar's house in the night?
6) Why was Dr. Rajesh Talwar kept in custody for such a long period if there was no evidence against him?
7) It's surprising that Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar did not get a clue of the presence of four people inside the house. According to CBI theory, the killers tried to rape Arushi and there was a scuffle. The question still remains unanswered how the parents were not alerted even as such developments were going on inside their house. Arushi's bed room was not too far from their bed room.
While we appreciate the CBI for letting off an innocent person, who has been staying in custody for more than a month and was subjected to mental agony, CBI needs to answer the queries that still remain mystery to millions of people who have been eagerly waiting for the CBI to crack the case.

well i find here CBI corrupt as they left DR. Talwar who had contacs with big ministers and now getting the bail. Our indian govt' is corrupted i would say. though those 2 servants would have killed arushi but i think this would have been told by DR. talwar only. Time has changed now any father or mother can get killed their own son or daugther or vice versa.
I am not really happy with this CBI decision.
It's very easy to blame anyone. Today's CBI briefing was only to clear some misleading reports in media and apprise the countrymen of the status of the report. We must show some patience as the investigation is still on
well i too think CBI decision is hasty . they shld take time nd shld give sufficient proof.they hv still nt been able to find the weapons which is really very strange i wld say there is involvement of many big hands . i feel really bad tht a case of two murders has nt been solved frm 1 month . its truly very embarassing for the nation.i m nt happy with the CBI decision.i thnk after few days this case will also be buried like other cases.
I think There is more to the story than it is presently meeting the eye. The talwar family seems to be hiding somethink. It is not possible for parents of a girl to be completely ignorent of a thing like this happening. as usual it seems the poor men has to pay for all the crimes.
i think letting dr.talwar out is not the right thing at all, justic has not been served, the accused may not be gulity and due to some kimd of pressure from the above cricle cbi had to let the talwars free. its a request plsss try to bring the real murderer out and let justice be served to arushi and let her soul rest in peace.
I feel strange that how come the talwars (doctors by profesion)had given a servant a room inside their house when they had a teenage daughter at home.sounds ridiculous (that too coming from highly educated people)
I have one simple question on which nobody is concentrating and that can fail our great CBI theory. My question is according to CBI it was an instant murder because servants drunk and instantly decided to rape and murder and Hemraj did not know this thing. Then how Hemraj approched to a social worker before some days of his murder and tried to explined her that he could be murderd by someone.
I also want to sat before some days of explaining this theory CBI said it was a preplanned murder. Now they are saying instantly they drunk and killed innocent Arushi? what a phony statement. It is the unfortunate for whole country that one 12 years old child killed in her own house and entire police including CBI and Noida police department is not serious. That's why young talented people move to abroad.
If we follow CBI theory then please tell me what is the need to destroy mobile phones, what is the need to cut internet connection, what is the need to delete photographs and what is the need to try to update the password?????????
Either we are mad or either CBI or may be both..
it is difficult for me 2 believe that the parents were not known about the 4 people staying in their house at the time of murder.the idea of destroying mobile phones, seems to have some hidden details in the case. were the parents made unconsious at the time of murder? hope that cbi can find solutions the questions raised by the public
CBI Has done a great job, kudos to the CBI team, b'coz ulitmately we were expecting the same, the punishment to the poorest of the poor, this happens only in india, east or west india (CBI) is the best.
I fail to understand why the Talwars did not report the death of Hemraj to the police, despite the fact that his body was lying in their house for a while. It took a visitor who went to offer his condolences to file a police complaint. All this doesn't serve to point the needle of suspicion away from them.
I dont understand why in India one CANNOT expect honesty !!!! I feel sad ~ I cannot trust the police, CBI's, Forensic people, ministers, Judge ..........here
I feel so helpless !!!
