India's medal hopes in Beijing Olympics got another boost, with ace boxer Jitender Kumar reaching the quarterfinals of 51kg Flyweight category. After his cousin Akhil Kumar reached the quarterfinals by beating the World Champion, Jitender emulated his feat by beating Uzbek boxer Tulashboy Doniyorov 13-6 in an ill-tempered bout. "I dedicate this win to Akhil. He has been everything for me and I want to win a medal for him", said Jitender after winning the bout.
