Raj Thackeray "accepts" Amitabh Bachchan's apology, withdraws stir

Breaking News! MNS chief Raj Thackeray accepted the apology tendered by Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan over the "off-the-cuff" remarks during the music launch of "Drona" and withdrew his stir. Raj Thackerary termed it as a victory for Maharashtrians. There would be no further protest against Amitabh Bachchan, his family and their films, said Raj Thackeray.

Raj Thackeray lashed out at Joint Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, KL Prasad for his remarks that "Mumbai is not anyone's father's property". He dared the Joint Commissioner of Police to face him without the uniform. He demanded immediate action against KL Prasad, terming his remarks as "objectionable". Raj also appealed to MNS workers to maintain peace.
