BPO Employee Anindita's Murder Case solved
Breaking News! The 34-year-old BPO employee Anindita Mishra's murder case has been solved by the Navi Mumbai police with the arrest of Jacob Pinto, a Senor Manager with Reliance Infocomm. Anindita Mishra was working as a HR professional (Assistant Manager) with the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai. She was stabbed to death in front of Koparkhairane railway station on October 17.According to police sources, Jacob murdered Anandita, as she refused to marry him despite having friendship with him for a long time. The duo worked in the same office and developed good friendship. However, when it came to marriage, Anindita was reluctant, which annoyed Jacob. Anandita had even filed complaints with the Reliance management against Jacob for harassing her.

How jacob done this???? Its really unbelvble. He is very matured kind of trainer in RBPO. Its still unbeleivable. But its really shame to training department of RBPO. As jacob worked as a trainer.If RBPO trainer like Jacob then god bless to RBPO. With regards.
Came to knew about this thru newspapers. That’s bad whatever has happened. How somebody knowing about her little daughter could do this ever. Has anybody thought about her daughter, she is just 5 year old and now with her lonely granny. How will the things work for her? We just criticize but never could be the one to come forward and do something for the kid (that includes me also). God bless.

Being at L3 level in RBPO you should be ashamed to make a generalized comment about RBPO's hiring policies!
And please do blame the training dept with comments like "shame to the training dept" and all! Ya rite, its the same training dept that trained you and released to on the floor as an agent and hence u got promoted as a QME.
What Jacob Pinto did was just unforgivable but what u r doing on internet blog sites like these is plain disgusting!
Blaming RBPO and all!
Jacob Pinto was not a "killer" when he joined so how do you blame the company for the changes in situation???

If RBPO trainers like this (jacob) then just think how the TRAINING Dept of RBPO is!!!! Plz dont trust RBPO trainers , as any time any where they will kill you.SHAME to training dept.SHAME SHAME SHAME
Dear unknown, you all feel shame before writing such things about whole tarining dept. Always remember a thing that no one is born killer. Situation makes him/her to be like that. You can not blame to all the trainers & it does not makes any sense also. If anyone say that someone of you is guilty (for any reason) & is blaming to whole dept which includes you also, then what will be your reaction. Think once before you speak or write, bcoz what you write is nothing but what your heart says.
