Eid-ul-Fitr to be celebrated in India on Oct 2

Breaking News! Syed Ahmed Bukhari, Shahi Imam of Delhi Jama Masjid, announced that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on October 2 all over India. Earlier, Eid was scheduled to be held on October 1. However, the moon of Shauwwalul-Mukarram or "Eid ka Chand" could not be sighted in Delhi on September 30 and the celebration was postopned by a day.
