Chennai Law College clash: 3 injured, 7 arrested
Breaking News! A least 3 students were seriously injured and some others suffered minor bruises, when a group clash occurred at Dr Ambedkar Law College in Chennai on November 12. The clashes were attributed to caste-related enmity between two groups of students.Seven students have been arrested in connection with the incident. They have been remanded to custody. Two police officers including an ACP were suspended for dereliction of duty during the clashes. Four other policemen were transferred out of Chennai. Ironically, the video showed that police remained mute spectators when students were beaten up.
The Principal of Ambedkar Law College, Sridev has been suspended for failing to prevent the clashes. The Tamil Nadu Government has set up of a commission to probe the violence at the Ambedkar Law College in Chennai. Breaking News from Chennai says that Chennai Police Commissioner A Sekar has been transferred.

I was really shocked by seeing this video. Worst appearance of Police Department. We dont know who to condemn either the police or government for not taking necessary steps. It is really foolish saying that "we are waiting for order from the college authorities". By the way how come these arrogant people are going to save the country. The people involved in this matter are not supposed to be called as students and they are supposed to be jailed under nonbailable act. Shame on Lawyers and police department.
IT IS VERY INJURIOUS TO OUR FEELINGS
THE STUDENTS WHO STARTED TO ATTACKED THE INJURED PEOPLE SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO STUDY LAW ANY MORE IN THAT COLLEGE.
The students who all involved in the brutal attack has to be debarred from the college and they have no rights to study further in civilized society.They all are not students, they are coward rowdies and the police who are all in the scene has to be dismissed from the service. They are all not police, they were only viewers on yesterday's incident.
Before taking an action on students probably, this requires little more efforts to understand what exactly made students to behave this way?
and ofcourse a law college students did this ?? is something cant be allowed.. If they start taking law in their hands.. god to help..
there are many I.A.S officers in the state to organize and maintain SC officers and SC state government servants there by causing communal disharmony among government servants. if you tape the phone calls you can find lot of illegal activities which originated from executives of the state.the term UNITE ,EDUCATE AND AGITATE is now used unlawfully. Only with 60% and above marks should be admitted to law college.or pat time working class should be allowed to do law
i am really frustrated with those students. are they devils to do like that. those students has to be the public and should to kick on their balls.
This incident Clearly states that the government is not fit to keep up the law and order of the state, the police should be dismissed instead of a transfer and a suspension. it looks like the police was waiting to take the dead body of the student... all these students should never be able to complete their studies and should be charged as criminals.

The Principal of the college should be sacked for having failed to protect the students. He should be held squarely responsible for having not maintained peace and conducive atmosphere in the campus. He ought to have sensed the situation and gauged the mood of the students. Any responsible campus head will be able to do this with little bit of efforts and interest. I wonder if he has any kids to know the pain of parents.

we hindu should demand new indian constitution , at present it is not an Idnia constitution , it is ambedkar constitution which is anti hindu and anti true indian people , this people is making noise becase ambedar constitution has given them antrocities act to do gundaghardi on hindu people . we are not proud of indian costitution .

Am really supprised about student still no one care about them . Hey students R U there what? did any budy care them he is also a one of the student ma. pls try 2 feel his pain. wath our he may done. u can panish him . but not in this way . Its very worst that we are living around with this type people. After seeing the video, I feel there is no security for our lives here. Really polices need hang the people who is betting. First thing is really iam surprize why the polices are watching it like movie without taking any action. Its very bad. There should be some serious action on this. not suspend, transfer etc..they have to punish very hard way.
