NSG recovers 23 bodies from Hotel Taj

Breaking News! The NSG Commandos completed the search operation at Hotel Taj and recovered 22 dead bodies of hostages/guests and the dead body of the fourth terrorist. The dead terrorist had an AK-47 rifle. There were four terrorists inside Taj Hotel and they were familiar about the hotel layout. They had even set up a control room in the hotel.

It is not known whether some of the terrorists were employed with the hotel. During the 60-hour-long operation, the NSG commandos killed 8 terrorists - 4 in Taj, 2 in Oberoi and 2 in Nariman House. One terrorist was killed by Mumbai Police near Girgaum Chowpatty, while another was caught alive. Two NSG commandos were killed in the battle, while 8 were injured.

According to NSG DG JK Dutt, no RDX found from the terrorists. The commandos recovered AK-47 rifles, grenades and mobile phones from the dead terrorists. Hotel Taj will be handed over to the authorities on Sunday morning.
