Sonal Shah - Pride of India - Barack Obama's Teammate
Barack Obama made history by becoming the first African-American President of the United States. In this process, he made another history by choosing Sonal Shah - a woman from Sabarkantha (Gujarat) as his teammate. The 40-year-old Indian American, Sonal Shah has been appointed as an advisory board member by the US President-elect Barack Hussein Obama.Sonal Shah is an Economist, who founded Indicorps. Sonal Shah is now part of a panel comprising delegates with relevant private and public sector experience. She will provide valuable inputs to Barack Obama's strategic group. Sonal hails from a small village Gabat in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat. She was born in Mumbai, but studied in the US after her father Ramesh Shah moved to New York in 1970.
Sonal Shah, her brother Anand and sister Rupal started Indicorps and have been working on various development projects in India. Rupal and Anand are located in Ahmedabad, while Sonal operates from the United States. She also worked as an Executive with Goldman Sachs and now works with Google.Org. At Google, she is responsible for defining global development strategy and promoting philanthropy.

It's a shame on all Indians for making a mountain out of mole.
First of all Americans give a damn about India and Indians, so far Obama not returned a courteoasy call from our PM.
So stop day dreaming and come to terms with reality, as India is never Inferior to US.
By the way I saw the list of transition team and her name was nowhere prominent.
My intention is not to hurt anyone, but the going after american recognition is become intollerable limits with the part time Indians
