Govt. disbands Satyam Board, New Board to be appointed

Breaking News! The Union Government has disbanded the Satyam board with immediate effect and restrained the members of the board from taking any decision. The decision to disband the Satyam board was taken by the Ministry of Company Affairs to ensure uninterrupted operations and restore the confidence of all employees, customers and shareholders across the globe.

The government will appoint 10 nominees on the board. The new board appointed by the government will be holding its first meeting within the next seven days.
