Bollywood Actor Shiney Ahuja arrested on Rape Charges

Mumbai: In a shocking development, Bollywood Actor Shiney Ahuja was arrested by the Oshiwara Police in Mumbai, after his domestic help complained that the actor had raped her. The medical tests conducted on Shiney and his maid, confirmed rape. Shiney Ahuja had shot into fame with his hit movies 'Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi', 'Gangster' and 'Woh Lamhe'.

The police have registered cases against Shiney Ahuja on the charges of rape, forceful confinement and threat. The 18-year-old maid had approached the police on Sunday evening, saying she was raped by the actor at his residence.

Shiney was later brought to his home in order to complete the formalities. He was produced in Andheri Court this afternoon and sent to the jail till June 18. Shiney Ahuja is the son of an Army Commander. Although he is married, he is said to be living alone at his Oshiwara residence.
