DNA Tests confirm Shiney Ahuja had sex with the Maid

Mumbai: The Mumbai Police said that DNA Report of Bollywood Actor Shiney Ahuja confirmed that he had sexual intercourse with his maid. Amitabh Gupta, Additional Police commissioner said, “ The DNA report has confirmed rape of the victim and the report agreed with the allegation in the FIR that Shiney has raped his domestic help”. The actor was not under the control of alcohol or drugs when he purportedly committed the crime, which is confirmed by his urine and blood sample tests.

Shiney Ahuja is currently lodged in the Arthur Road Jail. He is accused of raping his 20-year-old maid at his residence on June 14. He was later arrested and sent to judicial custody by a Mumbai court.

The medical examination had revealed injuries on the victim’s private parts, who hails from Roha in Raigad district. Shiney’s medical report also exposed a scratch on his hand. The victim and the culprit are having weight of 38 kg and 76 kg respectively. A police official said, “This clearly indicates that he might have easily overpowered and raped her”.
