nothing so innovative is there....much have been gone to kolkata..madam banerjee should also preserve something for other states...all the facilities given i think are going from the treasury of mr.lalu prasad yadav i.e. 70,000 crores which he had last year....so there is nothing to be so glad...
All felicities have been gone to kolkata..madam banerjee should also preserve something for other states...
Is this the Rail-budget of India or Is this the railbugdet of Kolkatta city??
i think its obvious that a minister would prefer development of his own state ovr neoder... so did lalu... den y mamta banerjee should be any different?? although that should be the case..ethically!!! but non the less end of the day at least she is prying som development. however... stuffs like student concession could have been extended to other states as well!!!
Why getting annoyed boys? When Laluji is taking everything to Bihar we did suck our thumbs.
i highly appreciate the budget presented by the Rly minister. She has tried to please everybody.i don't think that she has done injustice by giving a bit more preference to Kolkata even Lalu did the same thing with bihar when he was the minister taking care of your constituency is no big issue till you maintain balance with other states.I am as a student very with the new schemes she has introduced while taking care of all the section of society.
Let me tell u "SUMIT" Rlys. is a public transport system and not a private company where only profit generation has to be taken care of.It's by the public and for the public what's the use of keeping the revenues with you if the common is suffering why don't u invest it so that more passengers can attracted towards rly transport.
In lalu's kingdom Tatkal become the money spinning business.
Why should i pay more for the tatkal from initial to final destination despite of the fact that i have to travel only few Kms. only in his kingdom his became the easy money making business .
I am highly pleased that Mamta ji brought down the tatkal days from 5 to 2 days only and even reduced the 50 Rs. charge also from 150 to 100
There can be even more ways of earning money rather than going for these cheap ways of money making methods.
there's a lot innovative in it .She tried to understand the root cause if not fully than at least to some extent only but she
did !!
We Indians have a very bad habit of pulling the legs of others who try to do some good to the society .
What more or innovative Lalu did !
Introduced Garib Rath a way of humiliating the poor these trains even don't have pantry cars also!!
What's so great in that !!
He introduced Earthen pots in which tea or coffee has to be served !! He should have concentrated towards quality of the food available in the trains rather then concentrating towards bringing-in an age old serving system !!
He introduced tatkal system in the name of which extra money was charged there was no transparency in that !!
Why one has to wait for 5 days to get a tatkal ticket ??????
Tatkal means urgently but in his rule the meaning was something different !!!!
I am happy that i will have to pay the amount only for the distance i travel rather than paying whole fare !!!
Last not the least whatever work we do there's always a room for improvement this also no different case but Yes we have started showing the signs of Progress .
Remember "A MILES JOURNEY BEGINS WITH A SINGLE STEP"
It is a very good one. Change in Tatkal charges are most welcome. So many new trains for metros
like we know, all these anonymous (comments) types, can only sit with their tails up their (u know what) and comment. do u think all the reservation centres and all the upgrations of the rly stns are all going to happen in Bongland. dude or dudies get real, take the tails out of your behinds, and roar like tigers.... for a change.
can any body give me the list of 57 new trains and tracks
BUDGET ignores Assam completely as usual. Even the NATIONAL PROJECTS are not finding proper place in the budget. Gradually they will be dropped without anybody realising it. Pity that North east is represented in INDIAN RAIL BUDGET
more offers again but nothing special in tamil nadu. The dream project to built a rail route to sabari mala is again missing what the MP's of that area is doing in the parliament who promised to speak that issue in parliament. I think he is sleeping whenever the railway budget was announced
Mr. Lalu Prasad for the last 5 years done only eyewash in budget. I think this is the first time some minister is thinking about the common man travel in railways and making the travel more comfortable. Mr. Lalu prasad not increased the fare but on ground he has increased fare by simple naming express trains as supper fast.
He has not given any importance to track safety and security of trains. At least now we have a very good rail minister and a budget which is for everyone's benefit.

Its a great pity that North East is once again ignored a usual.
The North East states has always been classified as backward then why it has always been looked down.
What about the plans of bringing the rail lines project up to Meghalaya.
This is a bengali budget. Karnataka has been neglected once again....we expected Bidar-Gulbarga, Bijapur-Miraj, Shimoga-Honnavar new tracks etc., but nothing has been said in budget.
Mamta Budget completly ignores Jharkhand, Bihar and M.P./C.G. because these state NDA governing.
This type of politics is too harmfull for our Indian railway in future.
Bangalore and Hydrabad is also the biggest and hitech city having lot of population. These city are also ignored by this government.
obvious thing that a minister does extra for his or her state but more concern should have been given to the backlog states like the far eastern states because if transport system is not improved then i think its difficult for those states to come up.
but after all this its ok since it has pleased a common man.....
Railway earns more income from Andhara Pradesh. What did we get in the Budget...?
She had tried her best level but mayavati madam has modify rules for railway but not any revolution changes in railway history.
this budges has been declated "Railway Budget 2010 of Mayavati" not for any indian rail budget.
The new railway minister deserves kudos for having presented a very balanced budget. The bengal bias is not as great as one would have expected. In fact most of the schemes would benefit the people all over the country.
Thanks madam mamta
Mamtaji, we are waiting for any direct train from gandhidham of Kutch-dist of Gujart to Palasa or Puri. Here so many peoples are from Andhra Pradesh and they are waiting for the new train in this budget. All other trains like for UP, Banglore, Nagercoil and PUne are running from here, but compare to teluge peoples majority others are very less, but they all have direct trains from here. But still we have don't have any train from here. Please if you have any option think regarding this matter.
I think this is printing mistake .. its not Rail budget for India .its only for West bangal...
kab hamare mantri INDIA ke bare mai sochnge
i think rm has given a bonaza to westbengal . good to see that bengal is at last getting some projects after a long deprivation from the centre
We demand Ahmedabad-Howrah special train in vaccation.
We demand Porbandar Howrah exp.(2905/2906)to run daily. Because too much rush in all seasons.
We demand Non stop A.C. type train for Delhi-Patna and Patna-Howrah.
Patna is a historical place and capital,So we demadd to add its in World class station.
Mobile charger facility should be in every boggie.
In this budget there are no train like Non stop A.C. train for Indore-Mumbai and Bhopal-Delhi because these are business cities.
My comment is not related with politics.
Why Indore-Khandwa meter gauge line convertion to Broad gauge is not consider in this budget.
In this Bugget what about tata nagar?
Please answer this question madam mamata.
ab to hadh ho gai, every body purchase the vote of your local people. no body think as head of country system. i think all public department budget are distributed acorrding to requriment
mujhe lagta hai in ministro ko deshbhakti se jyada state bhakti jyada pyari hai,is lie to dusre desh railway ke mamle me advance hote ja rahe hai...china tibbet tak lines bicha sakta hai lekin hamara desh abhi tak pure N.E me lines nahi bicha paya hai...
This is something rediculous to other state. It is not westbengal state budget. Almost all facility has gone to westbengal.
it is very curious all to konw when gandhidham to kolkata super-first train will start because now there is too much difficult to go and back kolkata as tickectes are booked within 5days of 90 days period. pasengeres are are suffering more to get theirs tickets, if this trains are started, I think and hope, maxumum peoples can travelled peacefully
