17 more die of Swine Flu, India Toll goes up to 502
New Delhi: Breaking News! At least 17 Swine Flu deaths reported across the country, taking the death toll to 502 in India. Rajasthan confirmed 14 Swine Flu deaths, which occurred between October 7 and November 7. In addition, three more deaths reported from Rajasthan, Odisha and Kerala on Monday.
Maharashtra is still leading the Swine Flu death toll with 207 deaths, followed by Karnataka (117), Andhra Pradesh (49), Gujarat (40), Kerala (22), Rajasthan (17), Delhi (15), Tamil Nadu (7), Puducherry (6), Haryana (5), Goa (4), Uttarakhand (3), Uttar Pradesh (3), Punjab (2), Odisha (2), Chhattisgarh (1), Himachal Pradesh (1) and Mizoram (1).
Also, 95 fresh cases of Swine Flu were reported across the country, taking the number of affected people to 14,572. Kerala reported 24 new cases, followed by Delhi (19), Tamil Nadu (16), Maharshtra (11), Rajasthan (8), Gujarat (6) and Haryana (4).
