3 Killed, 5 Injured in Peshawar Blast

Peshawar: Breaking News! At least 3 people were killed and five others injured, when a powerful bomb went off near a police post in Peshawar, Pakistan. This is the second terror attack in Peshawar in the last two days. The security personnel have cordoned off the area and injured were rushed to the hospital.

At least 12 people were killed in a suicide attack on the cattle market in Mattani near Peshawar yesterday. The dead included the Mayor Abdul Malik, who publicly opposed Taliban and called for strong action against the militants.

Today's bomb blast occurred on the Ring Road in Peshawar. The bomber got out of a rickshaw and detonated the explosives at the police checkpoint, Pakistani TV channels reported.
