Another Supreme Court Judge M Katju pulls of Ambani Gas Dispute Case

New Delhi: Breaking News! There is a new twist to Amabni Brothers' gas dispute case, as another Supreme Court Judge Justice Markandey Katju pulled out of the case, saying his wife held shares of Reliance Industries. Earlier, Justice R V Raveendran had withdrawn from the case, saying his daughter is associated with a solicitors firm, which advises the Mukesh Ambani group.

With two SC judged pulling out of the case, a new bench will be reconstituted on Thursday. The bench is hearing a dispute between Ambani brothers related to pricing of gas in Krishna-Godavari (KG) Basin.
