Gandhidham Express Derails in Mumbai, 12 Injured

Mumbai: Breaking News! The Gandhidham-Bangalore Express derailed at Dombivli near Mumbai after midnight Tuesday. 11 coaches of Gandhidham Bangalore Express were derailed and 12 persons were injured in this mishap. Railway authorities had rushed to the accident spot in the night and carried out rescue operation. The train was moving from Ahmedabad to Bangalore.

The aauthorities have claimed that the train accident near Dombivli will not hamper the local train running in Mumbai. All the passengers of Gandhidham Bangalore Express to Bangalore were shifted into another train, which reached the accident site in the night of Tuesday.

It is also reported that the four coaches out of 11 coaches were badly damaged. All 12 passengers sustained minor injuries, the officials claimed. Medical assistance was provided to the injured persons at the accident site.
