IBN-Lokmat Attack: 17 Shiv Sainiks sent to Police Custody

Mumbai: Breaking News! A local court in Mumbai, has sent all 17 Shiv Sainiks to two-day judicial custody for attacking the IBN-Lokmat office in Mumbai yesterday. The arrested people will remain in police custody till November 23. They were produced before the Vikhroli Metropolitan Magistrate today.

The hooligans have been booked under various sections of the IPC, which included attempt to murder, outraging the modesty of women and assault on media persons. The police will interrogate them to reach the mastermind behind this attack.

It is believed that Shiv Sena MP and Saamna Editor Sanjay Raut's brother Sunil Raut was behind the attack on IBN office. He is still absconding.
