Jagan Mohan to be shifted to Delhi, Rosaiah to remain Andhra CM

Hyderabad: Breaking News! The debate is over whether K Rosaiah will remain the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh or not, after the death of former CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy (YSR) in a Helicopter crash. According to sources, YSR’s son Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was being promoted as YSR's successor, will be shifted to Delhi as a Cabinet Minister.

The supporters of Jagan Mohan Reddy wanted him to be the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and the Congress Party in the state was divided over the issue. Congress president Sonia Gandhi resolved the matter and made sure that no second power centre emerges in the state now.

Jagan Mohan is all set to be inducted into the UPA Cabinet. Late YSR’s wife Vijayalakshmi will contest from her husband’s constituency where the elections will be held on December 19.
