Supreme Court Judge R V Raveendran pulls out of Ambani Gas Case

New Delhi: Breaking News! Supreme Court Judge, Justice R V Raveendran has withdrawn himself from the SC Bench hearing the Ambani Brothers' gas dispute. Justice Raveendran's daughter is associated with a solicitors firm advising Mukesh Ambani group. A new bench will be constituted on Thursday to hear the gas dispute between Ambani Brothers.

Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani are engaged in a battle related to pricing of gas from Krishna-Godavari (KG) Basin. The impasse could not be resolved despite the Prime Minister's intervention.

Justice R V Raveendran said that he came to know about his daughter's association with the solicitors firm AZB Partners, which is tied to Mukesh Ambani group, only on yesterday. "I am withdrawing from hearing this matter for this reason", he said.
