New Delhi: A panic button has been pressed among the common people in India, as a government panel recommended hike in petrol, diesel, LPG Cylinders and kerosene prices. The latest report came amid rising food prices in the country, which is affecting the common man hard.

According to media reports, an expert group, headed by Kirit Parikh, suggested deregulation of petrol and diesel prices. The panel recommended a hike of Rs 4.72 for deregulated petrol and Rs 2.33 for deregulated diesel.

this is complete failure on govt's part...i mean every now and then there is prise rise, with no increase in salaries this year on pretext of recession...how to make end's meet with same salary.

Govt has failed to curb inflation..atleast they can stop such unnecessory price rises...govt should search some alternatives....govt should cut their expenses , despite such hue n cry still ministers stay in hotels , with every ministor there is a motorcade of 5-10 cars ...Z Security...why such waste of public money ????
