Cricket Desk: Opener Ajinkya Rahane missed his maiden IPL hundred by a whisker, as he was out for 98. However, he powered Rajasthan Royals to a 31-run victory over Kings XI Punjab in IPL 5 tonight. Â Kings XI Punjab won the toss and elected to field first. Rajasthan Royals scored 191/4 in 20 overs. Rahane scored 98 off 66 balls with 16 boundaries and 1 six. Dravid made 28, while Brad Hodge scored 21. For KXIP, James Faulkner took two wickets. Â Chasing a victory target of 192, Kings XI Punjab finished at 160/9 in 20 overa and lost the match by 31 runs. Gilchrist (27), Mandeep Singh (34) and Bipul Sharma (18) were the top contributors. Â For Rajasthan Royals, Kevon Cooper took four wickets, while Ankeet Chavan took two wickets.
