Cricket Desk: Even though Sourav Ganguly was dropped from the team, that did not change the fortune of Pune Warriors India, as they suffered a humiliating defeat against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Â With this crushing victory, the RCB moved to the third spot in the IPL 5 points table, pushing the Mumbai Indians to the fourth spot. Delhi Daredevils are on the top, while the KKR are placed second. Â The match between RCB and Pune Warriors was delayed due to heavy rain. However, no overs were deducted after the play resumed. Royal Challengers posted 173/3 in 20 overs. Â Chris Gayle led from the front, as he made 57 off 31 balls with 3 boundaries and 6 sixes. Dilshan scored 53. Saurabh Tiwary remained unbeaten on 36. Â Chasing a victory of 174, Pune Warriors lost wickets at regular intervals and finished at 138/9 in 20 overs. Robin Uthappa made 38, while Anustup Majumdar scored 31.
