BCCI announces Schedule for Home Series PDF Print E-mail

Cricket Desk: The BCCI has announced a schedule for the home seried against New Zealand and England starting from August 2012 till March 2013. India will play 10 Tests, 5 ODIs and 4 T20 matches during that period.

 

India and New Zealand would play two Tests and two T20 maches in August-September. Hyderabad and Bangalore will host the Tests, while the T20s will be held at Vishakhapatnam and Chennai.

 

India will then take part in the ICC Twenty20 World Cup, which will be held in Sri Lanka from September 18 to October 7. England will come to India to play four Tests, two T20 matches and five ODIs from November 2012 to January 2013.

 

The Subrato Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune will host one of the T20 matches. A new stadium in Rajkot will also host an ODI. Apart from that Ranchi and Dharamsala will also get two ODIs for the firs time.

 

India will play a four-match test series against Australia in February-March 2013.
