New Delhi: Breaking News! Reality TV star, Rahul Mahajan is happy man, as he was allowed by a Delhi court to get back his passport for visiting Maldives on a Honeymoon trip. Rahul Mahajan (35) recently got married to Dimpy Ganguly (21) on NDTV Imagine's "Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega".

The court asked Rahul Mahajan to furnish a fixed deposit of Rs 5 lakhs and a personal bond of the same amount to get his passport back.

Rahul Majajan was also ordered to give an undertaking that he will not indulge in any type of shooting during his honeymoon period from March 9 to 30.

Rahul Majahan is the son of the late BJP leader, Pramod Mahajan, who was killed by his younger brother, Pravin Mahajan. Pravin was convicted and sentenced to life. He died of a brain hemorrhage last week.

Rahul Mahajan was arrested on June 5, 2006 under various provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. He has been on bail since June 14, 2006. Rahul was earlier granted permission by the court to Seychelles for honeymoon with his first wife Shweta Singh.
