By Himanshu Guru: Promising Odia actress Priya Choudhury began her film career with the lead role opposite Sabyasachi in 'Dream Girl' in 2009. There was no looking back after that.

 

Priya has acted in not less than 11 odia movies including 'Chandini I Miss You', 'Dosti', 'Baishi Pahache Kheliba Mina',  'Hero - Prem Katha', 'E Mana Khoje Mana Tiye',  'Megha Sabari Re Asiba Pheri', 'Aalo Mora Kandhei',  'Dil Tate Deichi', 'Tu Thile Mo Dara Kahaku' and 'Abhimanyu'.

 

Her latest release was Ashok Pati's 'Dosti' in last October. Also, her upcoming movie, 'Rajnandini' will be released very soon.

 

Priya is also a known figure in the small screen. She has acted in many TV serials in ETV, Tarang, OTV and Odia channels. She has impressed with her role as an anchor in 'Sangeeta Suravi', 'Apananka Pasand', 'Mitatie Geetatie' on ETV and 'The Great Political Circus' & Hip Hip Hurray on OTV.

 

Like other sweet girls, Priya is also very fond of chocolate and ice cream. She has a deep passion for music and quiet interested for social activities too.

 

After completing her graduation from Utkal University, Priya has established herself in the Odia film Industry and rules the hearts of the audience with her sweet smile and talented performance in the films.

 

Priya was born on 25th November 1989 in Bhubaneswar. She is a fan of Bollywood singers such as Kumar Sanu, Mohd. Aziz, Babul suprio, Sonu Nigam and Alka Yagnik. Her favorite books are – Soon I will be invincible, 3 mistakes of my life, Five Point someone and Harry Porter.
