Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is apparently going to host the much awaited IIFA Awards 2012, which is scheduled to kick off on 7th June in Singapore.

‘Jab we met’ actor Shahid Kapoor is excellent at hosting and performing in the Awards shows. Earlier Ritesh Deshmukh and Boman Irani had hosted the IIFA and mesmerized the live audience with their talented and comic approach. Let us see what Shahid has kept for us in the upcoming event.


The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) is the glittering and most cherished festival for all the actors of Bollywood and the fans of Indian Films across the globe.


This latest and hottest topic of Bollywood is all set to start on June 7th and continue for three days in Singapore. The event will be organized by Wizcraft International Entertainment.


After Manish Sharma’s film had been postponed, Shahid is probably free now to prepare well for the upcoming live show that every Bollywood fan waits for.


Of course so far we don’t have any information regarding who will be Shahid’s co-host in the Award function but a little birdie news says that Hrithik and Shahrukh are also going to host for few segments in the show. We should note that both of them are in the nomination list for the films ZNMD and Don II respectively.
