Mohammad Asif dropped from Malayalam Film PDF Print E-mail

News Desk: Breaking News! After the Pakistan cricket scam aired, the Pakistani bowler Mohammed Asif who is allegedly involved in the match fixing in the England-Pakistan Lord’s Test, has been dropped from the Malayalam movie “Mazhavillinaattam Vare.”

The film's director Kaithapram Damodaran Namboodiri said that Asif had been proposed for the film, but he has decided not to take any risk to include him in the film with the tainted image that flashed out on News.

A person with moral values will suit the character that Asif was supposed to play in the movie, the director said. The movie is based on a Pakistani cricketer will be justified having a Pakistani actor with good conduct, he added.
