Breaking News! "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1" - the seventh movie based on J. K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series opened with unbelievable $330 million in global ticket sales over the weekend.

 

The movie was released on 19,000 screens in 54 countries. The new film, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” has one of the biggest-ever global box-office debuts and is positioned at No. 1 in the Box Office collection in North America.

 

“Deathly Hallows” has also beaten “Alice in Wonderland” to become the top opening movie in Imax history in the North America.

 

The best Box office collections of "Deathly Hallows" included in Britain, where it raked in $28 million; Germany, with $21.8 million; Australia, with $14.8 million; Japan, $14 million; Russia, $12.3 million; Italy, with $11.5 million; and Mexico, $10.2 million.

 

Marketing has also played a vital role in the success of the movie. The marketing team made it as a must-see event for children and adults alike.
