News Desk (Writer: Triveni Sharma): Negative thinking is a big hurdle in relationships as well as in the way of success. When a person is negative, he/she can’t think about the welfare and benefit of the people and so for themselves.

 

The main reason of negative thinking is a frightening attitude, stress and over whelming workload. Now the question is how can one overcome from a negative thought?

 

A great way to replace negative thoughts is to discard the unwanted opinions that sneak into your mind like evil little individual.

 

Any positive thing you want to happen in your life, avow! Speak it out loud, shriek it out loud, write it down and envisage it. This will bring happiness and you will feel light.

 

Sometimes people tag themselves, when they commit a mistake. Tagging is an extreme form of negative thinking. Instead of saying "I made a mistake," we append a negative tag: "I'm a loser."

 

Always remember,” Human beings exist, but "fools," "losers" and "jerks" do not. Always console yourself when things are not favorable and flattering.

 

One should be try to be in the company of positive minded people. They help in turning the negative thoughts into positive.

 

Reading books, magazines and positive articles on internet also helps one to overcome from negative thoughts to a large extend.

 

Believing in your inner self and optimistic people around you are the key of rocking and success life with positive attribute.
