News Desk: As all kind of herbs are best seen in India kitchen, Fenugreek (Methi) is added to the list, which is claimed to boost people's sex life. It is known for its bitter taste, but used in variety of Indian dishes.

 

Fenugreek is a bean like plant that is seen in India and other parts of Asian. According to a study by the Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine in Brisbane, the spice can boost mens' sex life by increasing male libidos in a big manner.

Researchers said that Fenugreek seeds have compounds called saponins, which stimulate sex hormones including testosterone in men.

The herb is more found in India and it is produced more in the states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab.
