News Desk: French diplomat Pascal Mazurier, who was arrested for allegedly raping his minor daughter, has been granted conditional bail by Karnataka High Court today. The court found no strong evidence that proves he had committed the crime. The incident had taken place on June 13, but the case was filed by Pascal's wife Suja Jones the next day.

Breaking News! At least two passengers were killed and seven others were injured after Hyderabad-Solapur Falaknuma Express train caught fire at Gulberg station in Karnataka. The incident occurred at around 2 PM. According to initial report, the fire spread to three bogies of the train killing two people. Later, the fire was brought under control. However, the cause of the fire is not known.

News Desk: The Supreme Court refused to stay Center's decision over the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in retail sector, asking the RBI to amend the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) rules to implement the policy. A bench of justices RM Lodha and AR Dave said that the rules could have been amended before the Center's notification.

News Desk: After Haryana, the cruel incident struck IT hub Bangalore. A Law student was allegedly gangraped by 7-8 men inside the campus of Bangalore University. The victim had lodged an FIR with Jnanbharathi police. However, no arrest has been made so far. The victim is the second year student of National Law School of India.
