New Delhi: The Supreme Court has asked Dr. Nupur Talwar to surrender before the Ghaziabad special court on Monday without further delay.

 

Nupur, who is a key accused in the sensational Aarushi murder case, had sought a stay on the non-bailable warrant issued against her in connection with her daughter's murder.

 

The CBI claimed that Dr. Nupur Talwar is misusing the law and adopting a delaying tactics by filing petitions in various courts. Her review petition was dismissed by the apex court.
