News Desk: The CBI on Friday filed a chargesheet against former Union Health Minister PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss and 9 others including two senior doctors in a corruption case.

The CBI alleged that Ramadoss had misused his power and position giving clearance to a medical college in Indore in 2008 when he was the health minister.

Ramadoss was health minister during UPA-I regime. He had come under the CBI scanner after former MCI chairman Ketan Desai was arrested in February 2010.

The chargesheet filed in a Delhi court also named two senior doctors - D K Gupta and J S Dhupia - of the Safdarjung Hospital, and two senior health ministry officials in the case.
