News Desk: The pilots' agitation continued and three more international flights of Air India were cancelled on Wednesday. However, reports say that the pilots are ready to compromise and end the crisis.

Two flights from Delhi to Singapore (AI-380) and to New York (AI-101) and one from Mumbai to Newark (AI-191) have been cancelled today. The crisis deepened after 10 agitating pilots were sacked and the the cash-strapped national carrier derecognosed the Indian Pilots Guild (IPG) on Tuesday. Even pilots' union offices were sealed in many parts.

Around 100 pilots reported sic on Tuesday and refused to join work which resulted in cancellation of at least 4 international flights yesterday.

The pilots have been protesting against rescheduling of Boeing 787 Dreamliner training. However, Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh termed the strike as 'illegal' and threatened that the government can shut the airline if the strike continues.

Meanwhile, reports said that the pilots may sign a deal with the government and return to work.

The passengers were the worst affected due to the strike. They alleged that they were not informed about the cancellation of their flights in advance. Most of the passengers were seen waiting at the airports. They complained that the airline officials were not providing them any information about their flights or any alternate flights.
