News Desk: In a significant development, a Lucknow Court has ordered filing of FIR against self-styled godman, Nirmaljit Singh Narula alias Nirmal Baba for spreading superstition.

 

The Court passed the order on the complaints made by two teenagers who alleged that Nirmal Baba has been fooling the people and playing with their emotions while spreading superstition.

 

The 16-year-old Tanya and her 13-year-old brother Aditya who dared to move the court against Nirmal Baba are the children of IPS Officer Amitabh Thakur and social activist Nutan. Amitabh Thakur (who served in Odisha) has been very active in uprooting the evils from the soceity.

 

They alleged that Nirmal Baba indulged in cheating and fooling people on the pretext of solving their problems through trickery.
