News Desk: Giving no relief to former telecom minister A Raja, the CBI special court on Friday reserved its order on his bail plea till May 15 in the massive 2G spectrum case.

For the first time, the court had accepted Raja's application since he was lodged in Tihar jail 15 months ago.

While, the CBI opposed Raja's bail application, Raja's lawyer argued that he should be granted bail on the grounds that all other co-accused had been given relief in the case

Raja is among 14 accused, who were involved in the 2G scam. Recently, former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura, who was arrested along with Raja on February 2, last year, was granted bail by the Supreme Court.

It is noted that Raja is the only accused, who is still behind the bars in the massive scam.
